One of the assets I designed and built for Gyris was a treehouse. Nothing has the aspect of a treehouse so building one in 3D was a hoot. They were used throughout the game as viewing platforms.
Also here are design drawings/silhouettes from this and some other of my designs.
I worked on a game for about 8 months with a small team and we produced some amazing work in that time.
My part:
Designed and built the race track/level, including most dwellings.
Art directed all other remaining buildings/course props.
All character animation.
Produced all main game character variations and props from original supplied Zbrush sculpts: Body paint, fur, hair, clothing, props, weapons, facial expressions.
Videos seen here are:
- 30 second conference loop
- 15 second socials tease
- Breakdown of some clothing/costume assets of the main character from Zbrush sculpt right through to Unreal game character.
Are we small or is this crab really big?
